- Review and enter each letter and numbers carefully. Some letters and numbers look similar on the insert sheet (i.e., "0" and "O" or "1" and "I")
- Make sure the code is for digital copy and not for promotions or surveys
- Turn off your VPN
- Log out then log back into your account
If you are still unable to redeem your code, please contact us here. Please provide us with details of your issue including the title, digital offer code and retailer where you purchased the title.
