If you get a message that your code has been redeemed, please try the steps below:
- Review and enter each letter and numbers carefully. Some letters and numbers look similar on the insert sheet (i.e., "0" and "O" or "1" and "I")
- Make sure the code is for digital copy and not for promotions or surveys
- Turn off your VPN
- Log out then log back into your account
The digital codes are subject to expiration. Please see the digital code insert, the box cover or back of package for details. The digital code expiration is based on the title's release date. The code expiration date is not based on date of purchase.
