If you receive an error message when you're trying to redeem your digital code, please try the steps below:
- Verify that your purchase includes a Digital Code. Check the box and insert.
- Check if the Digital Offer has expired. The expiration date is typically printed on the insert. We do not provide a replacement or renew a code once the digital offer has expired.
- Check if the Digital Code is for your specific region. We do not exchange code for one territory for another.
- Review and enter each letter and numbers carefully. Some letters and numbers look similar on the insert sheet (i.e., "0" and "O" or "1" and "I")
- Make sure the code is for digital copy and not for promotions or surveys
- Turn off your VPN
- Log out then log back into your account
