What if the Digital Code insert is missing or blank?

Digital codes are included in qualifying DVD, Blu-ray and UHD titles purchased from authorized retailers.

If the insert with digital code is missing or blank, please contact us here. Please provide us with details of your issue including the title and retailer you purchased the title from. However, we do not provide a replacement code if the digital code offer has expired. For more information about expired digital codes, please check our FAQ here.
